• Market Fluctuations: Industrial component pricing is subject to rapid changes in raw material costs and currency exchange rates.
• Binding Quotes: A legally binding contract is only finalized upon the issuance of an official Proforma Invoice (PI) from our sales team and subsequent payment confirmation.

3. Procurement Workflow
