2. Core Technology Unveiled

The ULTAGE series achieves a performance leap through material innovation and micro-geometric optimization:

  • Material Innovation: Dimensional Stability
    Through specialized heat treatment processes, non-metallic inclusions in ULTAGE bearing steel are significantly reduced.

    • Data Comparison: Compared to traditional products, dimensional changes over time are reduced by 1/10 (High Carbon Chromium Steel) to 1/4 (Case Carburized Steel).

    • Advantage: This ensures that preload and internal clearance remain stable during long-term operation or high temperatures, resulting in superior precision retention.

  • Structural Optimization: Roller Crowning

    • Pain Point: Traditional roller bearings are prone to stress concentration (edge stress) at the roller ends when subjected to bending forces or misalignment, leading to premature fatigue spalling.

    • Solution: The ULTAGE series features an optimized roller profile curve (Optimum Crowning Design).

    • Effect: Contact stress distribution is more uniform. The allowable misalignment reaches 1/600, and excellent life performance is maintained even under heavy loads (0.27C00.27C0​ ).

  • Cage and Tribology Optimization

    • Tapered Roller Bearings: The contact area between the roller and inner rib has been optimized to reduce friction torque, increasing allowable speeds by 10%.

    • Spherical Roller Bearings (Type EA/EM): A new window-type pressed steel cage with four rivets per roller has been adopted. This not only significantly improves cage strength but also optimizes oil flow. Data shows the basic dynamic load rating has increased by 50%, with life extending up to 3.7 times that of traditional products.
